I was so surprised this morning when I jumped on the scales and saw a brand new number that brought lots of joy to my heart!  I had been hovering at 211 for the last couple of days and was shocked when I stepped on the scales this morning and saw 209.4!  That means I have lost exactly 40 pounds since I started this diet on December 9, 2011.  FORTY POUNDS!!!!!!!

Forty pounds in 12 weeks means I have been losing at a rate of a little over 3 pounds a week.  THREE POUNDS A WEEK!!!!  I have never (and I mean NEVER) been on a diet where I am consistently losing at this rate and not been absolutely ravenously hungry all the time.  Ideal Protein has been the answer to my quest to find something that just melts the pounds off. I don’t have to count how many calories I am eating or figure out how many carbs are in my food as this is all done for me.  It really can’t get much easier than this! And I seem to be hungry only when it’s appropriate…when it is time to eat.  This diet is fantastic and I want to shout it from the rooftops!
