I’m just an ordinary woman who has been trying to lose weight most of my life. This blog is about my journey as I attempt to lose this weight once and for all by using the Ideal Protein Diet. I’ll keep you up to date on my weight and I will give you my opinion about the different products as I try them. I will also let you know about any recipes I try or create to help on this journey.
I searched the web to find information and decent recipes to try out and came up with very few resources to help me on this journey of weight-loss using the Ideal Protein plan. That is one of the main reasons I decided to share my own journey in a blog telling you what is helpful and what is not helpful to me as I attempt to lose this excess weight. I am hoping everything I post on here will encourage you and be helpful to you as you take your own journey.
