Each menu will contain a day’s worth of food that I have consumed. I don’t include any nutritional facts, calorie counts or carbohydrate counts because I am not keeping track of any of that right now…not supposed to have to on this diet.  I’m hoping these menus will aid you in your own weight-loss journey. I apologize for not thinking about doing this sooner so there would be more menus on here but I will slowly add them as I go through each day.
