7 ounces Sirloin Steak (raw weight)
3 cups mixed lettuce (Iceberg & Romaine)
½ cup sliced radishes
½ cup sliced cucumbers
½ cup raw cauliflower
½ cup raw broccoli
2 Walden Farms Bacon Ranch Dressing
10 ounces water

Snack
IP Lemon Poppy Seed Bar (I eat ½ after supper and the other ½ around 7:00 pm)
