Menu #2

Scrambled Breakfast #1  *
20 ounces water

IP Tomato & Basil Soup with some fresh Basil thrown in
3 cups Lettuce (Iceberg & Romaine)
½ cup Anaheim Pepper (1/2 to cook & add to soup)
½ cup Kohlrabi
½ cup raw red cabbage (to cook & add to soup)
1 tablespoon Sesame Soy Dressing *
20 ounces water

During the Day
30 ounces water

4 ounces Chicken (cooked weight)
3 cups mixed lettuce (Iceberg & Romaine)
½ cup sliced radishes
½ cup raw cauliflower (cooked)
½ cup raw broccoli (cooked)
2 Tablespoons Walden Farms Honey Dijon Dressing
IP Southwest Cheese Flavored Protein Curls (I use a few on my salad.  A bag will last me 5-6 days)
10 ounces water

IP White Chocolate Crispy Bar (I eat ½ after supper and the other ½ around 7:00 pm)
