Breakfast
Chocolate Crepes *
Walden Farms Marshmallow Dip
20 ounces water

Lunch
Broccoli & Cheese Soup w/Extras *
2 cups Lettuce (Iceberg & Romaine)
¼ cup Kohlrabi
¼ cup cucumbers
2 tablespoons Walden Farms Bacon Ranch Dressing
20 ounces water

During the Day
30 ounces water

Supper
4 ounces Chicken (cooked weight)
2 cups mixed lettuce (Iceberg & Romaine)
1 cup zucchini (raw) to be stir-fried
¼ cup red cabbage (raw) to add to stir-fry
½ cup Anaheim Pepper (add half to the stir-fry & the other half to the salad)
¼ cup radishes
2 Tablespoons Walden Farms Sesame Ginger Dressing
IP Southwest Cheese Flavored Protein Curls (I use a few on my salad.  A bag will last me 5-6 days)
10 ounces water

Snack
IP Chocolate Raspberry Bar (I eat ½ after supper and the other ½ around 7:00 pm)
