Breakfast
IP Omelet
1 cup sliced morel mushrooms, sauted
20 ounces water

Lunch
Better Mushroom Soup *
2 cups Lettuce (Iceberg & Romaine)
¼ cup Kohlrabi
¼ cup cucumbers
1 tablespoons Sesame Oil Dressing*
20 ounces water

During the Day
30 ounces water

Supper
6 ounces Sirloin Steak (raw weight)
2 cups mixed lettuce (Iceberg & Romaine)
1 cup cauliflower (raw) to be baked
¼ cup radishes
2 Tablespoons Walden Farms Creamy Bacon Dressing
IP Southwest Cheese Flavored Protein Curls (I use a few on my salad. A bag will last me 5-6 days)
10 ounces water

Snack
IP Lemon Poppy Seed Bar (I eat ½ after supper and the other ½ around 7:00 pm)
