Breakfast
Cinnamon Mochaccino *
Mug of Celestial Honey Vanilla Chamomile Tea
20 ounces water

Lunch
IP Leek Soup
1 cup of zucchini & anaheim peppers, sauted and food processed (add to soup)
1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning (add to soup)
2 cups Lettuce (Iceberg & Romaine)
½ cup Kohlrabi
½ cup radishes
1 tablespoons Sesame Oil Dressing *
20 ounces water

During the Day
30 ounces water

Supper
4 ounces Chicken (cooked weight)
2 cups mixed lettuce (Iceberg & Romaine)
1/2 cup zucchini to be stir-fried
1/2  cup green pepper to be stir-fried
1/2 cup cauliflower to be stir-fried
1/2 cup broccoli to be stir-fried
2 Tablespoons Walden Farms Honey Mustard Dressing
IP Southwest Cheese Flavored Protein Curls (I use a few on my salad.  A bag will last me 5-6 days)
10 ounces water

Snack
IP Vanilla Pudding(I eat ½ after supper and the other ½ around 7:00 pm)
