Breakfast
Scrambled Breakfast #2 *
20 ounces water

Lunch
IP Soy Patty with 2 teaspoons pizza spice (cooked & crumbled over salad)
2 cups Lettuce (Iceberg & Romaine)
½ cup Anaheim peppers (diced)
½ cup radishes (sliced)
½ cup spicy sprouts (alfalfa & radish sprouts)
1 tablespoons fresh tomato salsa
20 ounces water

During the Day
30 ounces water

Supper
6 ounces sirloin steak (raw weight)
2 cups mixed lettuce (Iceberg & Romaine)
½ cup zucchini sliced
½ cup cauliflower
½ cup broccoli to be stir-fried
2 Tablespoons Walden Farms Bacon Ranch Dressing
IP Southwest Cheese Flavored Protein Curls (I use a few on my salad.  A bag will last me 5-6 days)
10 ounces water

Snack
IP Milk Chocolate Pudding (I eat ½ after supper and the other ½ around 7:00 pm)
