Chocolate Crepes #2
IP Chocolate Crepe Mix
3 oz water
1 oz Torani White Chocolate Sugar Free Syrup
1 teaspoon Splenda
Put all ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously. Warm a frying pan or cooking griddle to 250° F. Spray with butter cooking spray. Pour shaken ingredients onto the pan/griddle making 3 inch pancakes. Let cook until underside is done & upper side is fairly set. Pick up with spatula, spray area with cooking spray and flip the pancake to cook the underside.
I generally flip the pancakes several times making sure they are thoroughly done. You can eat these plain, dip in Walden Farms Syrup or Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup, spread some Walden Farms Marshmallow Dip, Walden Farms Caramel Dip or Raspberry Spread over them. Just make sure whatever you use is 0 fat, 0 calories, 0 carbs.
This is a restricted item so it would count as your 1 restricted item for the day. They can be eaten as breakfast, as lunch along with 2 cups of vegetables or as your daily snack. I find them to be really yummy and filling!
