Chocolate Crepes

Ingredients
IP Crepe Mix
2 teaspoons Cocoa ( I used Nestle Toll House Cocoa)
4 Splenda packets
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
5 ounces water

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk (so you don’t end up with chunks of cocoa). Use a non-stick griddle or pan sprayed with Non-Stick Butter Spray. Heat griddle to 250 degrees. Pour small amounts on griddle. Cook until one side is done then flip over to cook other side. I flip these a number of times because I like mine on the almost crispy side but you may like yours softer, it’s a personal preference.

These should be considered a Restricted Food (just like the IP Chocolate Pancake & Muffin Mix) because of the Cocoa. The amount of carbohydrates that are included in these Crepes is about 2 grams. I spread a little Walden Farms Marshmallow Dip on a few of these and found them really tasty but they taste wonderful just as they are too.
