Chocolate Waffles Revised: 02/27/2012
Ideal Protein Milk Chocolate Pudding Mix
2 beaten egg whites (I used 6 Tablespoons of a product called All-Whites)
2 ounces of Torani Sugar Free White Chocolate Syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon of Baking Powder
Pinch of Sea Salt
1 teaspoon Splenda
Preheat waffle iron.
Mix together all the ingredients except for the Pudding mix. Add the pudding mix and whisk until smooth. The batter will be thick.
Spray the waffle iron well with cooking spray for each batch. Spoon a good dollop onto each side of the waffle iron and allow to cook 3-5 minutes. Do this with all the batter.
This recipe usually makes 4 waffles to enjoy plain or with Walden Farms Maple Syrup, Raspberry Syrup or Chocolate Dip. Very yummy and very filling!
I think you could make any flavor you wanted by using the IP Vanilla Pudding Mix and whatever flavor of Torani Sugar Free Syrup you desired to have. In fact, I think the Vanilla Pudding Mix with the French Vanilla Torani Syrup would be really good with the Walden Farms Raspberry Syrup to dip them in.
