Oatmeal Pancakes

Oatmeal Pancakes                                                  Revised: 02/27/2012

Ingredients
Ideal Protein Maple Oatmeal Mix
2 ounces of water
2 ounces of Torani Sugar Free Syrup (I used Hazelnut)
1 egg white
1 teaspoon Splenda
pinch of salt 

Mix the water, Torani Syrup, egg white, Splenda & salt together.   The mixture will be thin.

Warm a griddle to 350 degrees F.  Spray with butter spray.  Mix the batter and then, using a tablespoon measuring spoon,  spoon it onto the griddle.  Let cook for a minute or so then flip (I sometimes flip these more than once).  Let cook for another minute or so.  Remove pancakes.  Do this with all the batter.

 If you want thinner pancakes, just add more liquid.   I really like my pancakes sweet so I used the Torani syrup but if you like yours less sweet, substitute water for the syrup and leave out the Splenda.

These were really yummy plain or with Walden Farms Syrup to dip them in. Enoy! I have used the Hazelnut syrup and today I used the Pumpkin Pie syrup & added 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice mix to the batter…both were yummy!
