Scrambled Breakfast #1

Ingredients

Ideal Protein Omelet Mix
1 cup sliced zuchini
Butter Flavored Pan Spray
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon dried chives
1 teaspoon Molly McButter Cheese Sprinkles
salt & pepper to taste

Spray a nonstick pan with the butter spray and fry the zuchini. I like mine al dente but cook it to your desired doneness.

Put the chives, dill weed & water into your shaker. Add the Omelet Mix and shake well. Pour mixture over the already cooked zuchini. As the mixture cooks treat it like you would scrambled eggs by flipping the cooked portion over to allow it all to cook well. When the mixture is just about done cooking, add the cheese sprinkles and allow them to melt a little bit. Then plate and enjoy!

    This recipe really hit the spot for me. Good way to use up some of the veggies I need to eat. I will also try it with some hot peppers which I really like.
