Ideal Protein Tomato & Basil Soup Mix
2 egg white (or 6 Tablespoons liquid All Whites)
1/4 cup cut up Green Onions & Hot Peppers (any combination)
1/2 Tablespoon Pizza Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Preheat oven to 425 Farenheit. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray parchment paper with butter flavored cooking spray.
Whisk all the ingredients together. Pour onto prepared parchment paper covered baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, carefully flip the bread and bake for another 5 minutes.
Notes: 09/30/2012 I used my Convection Oven to make this but I am hoping it would turn out just as yummy in a regular oven. The time may need to be adjusted in a regular oven though. If the bread isn’t completely set after the 10 minutes, let it bake for another 5 minutes before trying to flip it. I had a salad with this bread and even rolled some of the salad inside pieces of the bread…very good!
