Cinnamon Mochaccino

Cinnamon Mochaccino

Ingredients:
IP Cappuccino Drink Mix
½ teaspoon instant espresso coffee granules
1/8 teaspoon cocoa powder
Dash of cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar free vanilla flavoring syrup
1 packet Splenda
6 ounces water

Mix all the ingredients together.  I found it best to whisk them together as it gets rid of the lumps that seem to remain when it is shaken.

 I have enjoyed this poured over ice to make it really cold.

I also tried to heat it up this morning to see if that made any difference but I forgot to pay attention to it and it came to a boil.  I’ve told you not to let the soups boil…well, the same goes for this drink.  Turned into one nasty, nasty looking breakfast.  Will try heating again sometime after I have gotten over the trauma and will update this recipe with the information.
