Flatbread Crackers

Flat Bread Crackers                                                                                                           Updated: 02/21/2012

2 packets of Ideal Protein Plain Crepe Mix
3 ½ to 4 ounces water
¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
Dehydrated minced garlic
Cracked Pepper
Sea Salt

In a bowl mix crepe packets with the ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt and water.  Start with the least amount of water and add more if needed.  It should be a paste-like consistency but should be spreadable so you don’t want it too thick.

Spread very thin on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

Season the top with garlic, cracked pepper, rosemary and salt.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until browned. Once golden brown turn the oven off and let sit in the oven approximately 20 minutes more or until you can break apart into cracker pieces.

02/21/2012 – I made these today and was very pleased with how they turned out.  I didn’t use the garlic on them and next time I won’t use the rosemary but will use the pepper and a coarser salt.  They turned out nice and crunchy and I ate a couple of small pieces with my salad for supper tonight that really hit the spot.
