Orange Salad Dressing

1 cup Walden Farms Orange Marmalade
1 cup Grapeseed Oil
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (add more if you like more of a “bite” to your dressing)
4 Teaspoons pourable Splenda
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt

Put the ingredients into a blender.  Serving size is 1 1/2 tablespoons.

This is very sweet (which I like).  I like to leave this a little chunkier so as I eat my salad it tastes like I am eating little bits of orange with my lettuce.   I bet this would work well with the Walden Farms Raspberry Fruit Spread too!

NOTES: 05/21/2012 I use this dressing every day and am constantly running out so I have increased the amounts so I can make more of it at one time.

I went to my pantry and found that I only have the raspberry! I really wanted to try the orange! I need to find out where I can get it online with free or low shipping…i’m in Alaska and shipping can be outrageous here! I look forward to seeing and trying more of your recipes!!

I haven’t tried this with the raspberry but I bet it could be just as tasty! I can’t imagine trying to get products with the shipping you must need to pay. Good luck in finding a reasonable price!

This is a great looking recipe! I’ve been looking for some good ones, i’ve been using walden farms 1000 island and I need some change. 🙂

I hope you like it. I really didn’t care that much for the Walden Farms dressings. They always left a funny taste in my mouth. I have a new favorite that I am working to perfect. It just has oil, vinegar, spice & sweetner in it which can all be bought at any grocery store. Not sure what I will be calling it yet…maybe sweet italian. 🙂

Would love to hear from you...please leave a comment!
