1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Sage
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon Thyme
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1/8 teaspoon Ginger
Mix all the spices together then add to 1 pound of ground pork or ground turkey.
Mix everything well. Divide seasoned sausage into patties. Then let sit in refrigerator for a couple of hours to develop flavor. Grill patties until done.
I usually place waxed paper between the patties and freeze for later use.

NOTES: 05/21/2012 This is my favorite seasoning mix for making sausage. It tastes like breakfast sausage to me but I eat it any time. I like to use a patty of this along with 2 over easy eggs for my supper sometimes. Yummy!
